Role Overview

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll be an essential part of our creative engine - supporting senior designers, crafting smart design solutions, and pushing visual storytelling across mediums. You'll get to work on everything from real estate campaigns and retail branding to digital experiences and social-first content. This is the place where your ideas will be heard, your skills will be sharpened, and your designs will go live - not sit in a folder.

What You'll Do

• Design Execution: Assist in creating visually compelling assets across digital, print, and social media. Expect real briefs, real brands, and real responsibilities.
• Creative Exploration: Collaborate in brainstorming sessions, moodboard creation, and conceptual development.
• Digital First: Design for digital platforms including Instagram, websites, ads, emails, and more. Know your grids? Great. Want to learn Figma? Even better.
• Brand Work: Contribute to brand identity projects by working on logos, visual languages, and packaging under the guidance of seniors.
• Support & Learn: Work closely with senior designers to understand briefs, manage deadlines, and refine outputs based on feedback.
• Stay Curious: Keep up with trends, tools, and new tricks. We love learners.
• AI Curious: Want to be the new-age designer who can do more with AI? Great!.

You will get to experience a lot across brand design, UI, graphic, experiential design, advertising, digital, and more.

Requirements

Who You Are

• A design graduate, a visual thinker, or a self-taught creative with a solid grip on the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Figma is a bonus.
• It is also okay if you are not a design graduate but love design and have been experimenting with it on your own. Degrees are good but self learners are better.
• You have a portfolio that shows your potential - even if it's student work or passion projects. We don't judge by where you worked. We look at what you can do.
• You're detail-oriented, yet bold in your ideas.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment, but can also hustle independently.
• You're based in Jaipur (or open to relocating) and excited to be part of a fast-paced creative setup.
