Job Designation: Finance Officer (Head Finance & Accounts - Equivalent to CFO at University level) Job Summary: The Finance Officer is the statutory head of the Accounts Department and is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring sound financial governance, budgeting, statutory compliance, audit management, financial reporting, and effective financial administration in accordance with UGC Regulations, University Statutes, Government Financial Rules (GFR), PFMS guidelines, and other applicable statutory requirements. The incumbent will support the University's financial sustainability through prudent financial planning, robust internal controls, and technology-driven financial systems.
