Job Summary:
The HVAC Technician is responsible for installation, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including chiller plants, to ensure efficient and uninterrupted cooling and ventilation services. The role requires hands-on technical expertise to maintain system performance, safety, and energy efficiency.

| Key Responsibilities | * Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. * Operate and maintain chiller plants, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and associated equipment. * Diagnose HVAC system faults and carry out corrective actions promptly. * Monitor system performance to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with standards. * Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities and system performance. * Coordinate with supervisors and external service providers for specialized repairs. * Ensure adherence to safety practices and statutory regulations. * Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment when required. | ||
| Educational Qualifications | * ITI in HVAC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering | ||
| Professional Experience | * Minimum 6 years of experience as an HVAC Technician. * Hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and chiller plant operations is mandatory. | ||
| Skills and Competencies | * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, and refrigeration cycles. * Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment effectively. * Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and tools. * Understanding of safety standards and energy efficiency practices. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team. |
