We are looking for a determined and dedicated Management Assistant for Process Automation who can support the Department's Day-to-day activities and effectively collaborate with the Director and Line management for support tasks.

How you might spend your days

As Management Assistant for Director- Process Automation, you'll be working with a motivated, multi-functional team where you'll be responsible for the following:

  • Scheduling Weekly Operational meetings, preparing MoM and follow-up on action points
  • Updating and maintaining reports such as FLR, Resource utilization, Weekly forecast, hiring status etc.
  • Timecard management - Aligning with Finance to follow up on missed timecards, reopen/close, track frequent defaulters.
  • Onboarding for new employees - Introduce new joiners to team and Director.
  • Maintaining Employee database- QMS checklist, Team Skill set, Site Deputation data etc.
  • Supporting seamless execution of Trainings and Tech forum sessions
  • Maintaining department resources like Lab, Hardware details, Training Laptops etc.
  • Support on Cross- department initiatives
  • Organizing Team Building activities, once or twice a year
  • Supporting with collecting Feedback and setting up 1-o-1 with employee and manager.
  • Preparing Slide decks for presentation and performing basic data analysis for Business review meetings.

  • Have a degree in any UG program.
  • Good experience with using Microsoft PowerPoint, excel and other necessary office tools.
  • Good understanding of data representation with basic analytical skills.
  • Understanding and implementing AI wherever necessary.
