Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, experience with Figma, and an understanding of AI-powered design tools to create compelling visual assets across digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design engaging marketing creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emailers, banners, and presentations
• Create brand-consistent visuals for product launches, performance marketing, CRM campaigns, and other marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to translate ideas into impactful designs
• Develop illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visual assets when required
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative deliverables
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and AI-powered creative workflows

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (preferred), and After Effects/Premiere Pro (good to have)
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition
• Experience designing for social media, websites, email marketing, and digital advertising
• Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Ideogram, Canva AI, and Generative Fill
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and high-quality execution
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across multiple platforms

• Motion graphics and basic video editing
• UI/UX design fundamentals
• Experience with branding projects
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
• Experience working with e-commerce or consumer brands
