Backend Developer

Location: Noida,Uttar Pradesh,India

About the role:
You'll be working directly with the founders in a very small engineering team and own the entire backend of the existing product as well as lead future product evolution – across the entire lifecycle – right from concept stage until delivery and post launch evolution.

You will be building and breaking a lot of things; working towards developing an amazing product, in a VERY fast paced environment. Your opinion will count, and your ideas will translate into reality. You will, perhaps, lead our engineering efforts eventually.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in Python, Web APIs and Web Framework
• Understanding and past experience on database, cloud infrastructure (Amazong Web Services/ Google Cloud), GIT, Linux
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Elastic/SOLR/other similar technologies
  • Async tasks/Celery/other similar technologies
  • Reddis/ Mem Cache/ other similar technologies
• Work experience in Angular JS and PHP is an added bonus

Relevant information:

• Competitive compensation with equity options. CTC range Rs 6-24 LPA
• No stringent criteria, however 1+ year of development experience is preferred
• Full-time role based in NomNom's headquarters in Noida Sector 63
• Required to join immediately (can consider up to 1-2 month notice period)
