Production Quality Associate

Monitor and Evaluate Production Quality: Ensure products meet company standards during and after production. Inventory Management: Track and monitor production-related inventory accurately. Conduct Inspections and Audits: Regularly perform tests and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with Production Team: Identify defects and work with the team to implement corrective actions. Continuous Improvement: Lead efforts to enhance production quality and process improvements. Record Management: Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality checks. Support Process Improvement: Help develop SOPs for quality control and reduce buffer quantities. Supplier Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers to reduce rejections and ensure timely replacements. Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders on product quality and production performance. Travel: Be open to traveling as required for work.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Manufacturing. Minimum 2 years of experience (Preferred Automotive/Appliance Background) in quality and production management. Technical knowledge of electronics and mechanical systems. Familiarity with assembly lines and production processes. Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standards like ISO 9001.
