Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering team (hardware, software, AI, mechatronics) Drive hardware-software integration to ensure seamless user experience Oversee system architecture, scalability, and performance optimization Work closely with founders, product, and operations teams to align engineering goals with business objectives. Ensure compliance with global safety and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria
5+ years experience in a high-growth startup or deep-tech companyStrong knowledge of embedded systems, IoT, robotics, AI, or hardware-software integrationExperience in scaling engineering teams and leading product developmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environmentPassion for disrupting the food-tech space and building futuristic products
