EDI Support Analyst

The EDI Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting NOV's electronic data interchange (EDI) and business-to-business (B2B) integrations within the Shared Services organization. This position focuses on production support, customer onboarding, and project coordination to ensure stable and efficient data exchange between NOV and its trading partners. The role requires a balance of technical acumen, communication skills, and process discipline to drive seamless integration, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across NOV's EDI/B2B landscape.
