NOV Time Business Support Analyst

The NOV Time Business Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring that end user groups of the UKG Pro Workforce Management Timekeeping system (Internally referenced as NOV Time), utilize the system correctly and in adherence to the applicable Global and Country functional rules on an ongoing basis. The role will provide tier 1 functional end user support with timekeeping period closures as per country calendars, resolving systems functional issues (non-technical) that will delay the successful sign off for the pay period for payroll handling and escalating any technical issues to the technical support groups as necessary.
