Manager - Key Retail Accounts

Novopay's fast growing retail network in India powers neighbourhood shops with banking and

payment solutions. With important Indian banks as partners, Novopay uses simple yet safe mobile

technology to offer a multitude of payment services to consumers. There are over 20,000 Novopay

retail stores across the country.

This opening is for Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Pune Location.

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding distributors, retailers

and key prospects for planned territories. You will be driving the network expansion which can

deliver strong revenues for the organization.

Your role will include but is not limited to:

• Creating detailed distribution plans, identifying distributors and key retailer prospects for planned locations
• Planning and deployment of Novopay's product in the field
• Creating retailer acquisition plans for pre-defined markets and geographies
• Managing and training teams, retailers and consumers
• Driving sales target for acquiring retailers & distributors
• Planning, designing and conducting field promotion programs for revenue growth
• Coordinating Partner companies in execution of customer/retailer connect programs
• Managing service issues and driving customer experience in the region

Skills we expect:

• Creating detailed distribution plans, identifying distributors and key retailer prospects for planned locations
• Planning and deployment of Novopay's product in the field and generating revenue out of the product
• Creating retailer acquisition plans from existing universe or create entirely new set of retailers for pre-defined markets and geographies
• Managing and training teams, retailers and consumers
• Driving sales target/ Revenue  for acquiring retailers & distributors
• Planning, designing and conducting field promotion programs for revenue growth
• Coordinating Partner companies in execution of customer/retailer connect programs
• Managing service issues and driving customer experience in the region
