As an Executive – Governance, you will support the establishment and maintenance of security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Your role will involve ensuring regulatory alignment, tracking risk mitigation activities, maintaining documentation, and enabling process adherence across all technology functions. This position is critical to upholding NPST's compliance posture and driving security awareness and accountability across the organization.

Job responsibilities: · Support the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks and information security policies. · Coordinate regulatory compliance initiatives and maintain alignment with standards like ISO 27001, RBI, and PCI DSS. · Track and report on compliance posture, risk exceptions, and mitigation plans. · Assist in maintaining risk registers and supporting internal risk reviews and assessments. · Maintain documentation of security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. · Engage with stakeholders to gather risk insights and support audit readiness. · Help ensure third-party and vendor compliance as per internal security standards. · Participate in training and awareness campaigns on governance and compliance practices.

Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, B.Tech/ M.Tech) or any equivalent degree/course.
