Java Developer

As a key member of our software team, you will be responsible for developing high-performance, scalable, and enterprise-grade applications tailored for the Banking/Fintech domain, with a focus on IMPS/UPI. Your role will involve managing Java/Java EE application development while leveraging your expertise across the full software development lifecycle— from conceptualization and design to testing and deployment. Design, develop, and maintain complex web-based and distributed applications using Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. Contribute to defining scalable architecture and ensuring high performance, reliability, and security of applications. Build and deploy microservices-based applications with RESTful APIs. Integrate messaging and streaming platforms like Kafka for distributed systems. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, ensuring scalability and availability. Meeting with technology managers and the design team to discuss the goals and needs of the organization. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional team discussions. Maintain a detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management abilities.
