We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design thinking, intuitive interface design, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in shaping seamless and engaging digital experiences for our users.

Job responsibilities: · Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and user testing. · Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. · Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. · Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs. · Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions. · Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovations to the team. · Ensure consistency in design patterns, branding, and user experiences across different platforms and devices. · Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs and clear design specifications to development teams.

What are we looking for: · Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. · Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.). · Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture. · Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color. · Experience designing responsive and mobile-first applications. · Experience in design systems and component libraries. · Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. · Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus. · Experience in fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce domains is a bonus. · Analytical thinking, strong judgement and decision making abilities · Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work. · Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills. · Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goals.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors International (HFI). Analytical thinking, strong judgement and decision making abilities, Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work. Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills. Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
