Description

As a Chartered Accountancy Internship, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting, taxation, and corporate compliance. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, assisting with the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, audits, and other related tasks.   • Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements for clients.
  • Support the team in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
  • Conduct research on tax regulations and corporate laws.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, helping to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Help in reconciling bank statements and managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support the team with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate regulations.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) course.
  • Strong academic record with a focus on accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
