Role Objective :
Administration Manager will lead, manage, and optimize all administrative, facilities, operations, travel, transport, and support functions of the organization. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong expertise across Facilities Management, Operations, Travel & Transport, MIS, EHS, ISO 9001, Compliance, Audits, Vendor Management, Budgeting, BMS, and Cost Control. The ideal candidate should ensure seamless workplace operations, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Infrastructure Management

Oversee end-to-end facility operations including building maintenance, housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and workplace management.
▪
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-safety systems.
▪
Manage BMS (Building Management Systems) for efficient energy and facility control.
▪
Ensure optimal functioning of workplace infrastructure, seating allocation, space planning, and expansion projects
Operations & Administration
▪
Manage day-to-day administrative functions ensuring smooth business operations.
▪
Develop and implement administrative SOPs, policies, and governance frameworks.
▪
Monitor office services, AMC contracts, and service performance metric
Travel & Transport Management
▪
Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, travel policies, travel partners, and cost optimization initiatives.
▪
Manage employee transport operations (routes, fleet coordination, vendor controls, compliance, safety norms)
Vendor & Contract Management
▪
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for facilities, travel, security, housekeeping, maintenance, and admin services.
▪
Negotiate contracts, SLAs, rate cards, and ensure vendor performance monitoring.
▪
Maintain service quality, cost effectiveness, and adherence to compliance procedures.
EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) & Compliance
▪
Implement and monitor EHS policies as per organizational and statutory regulations.
▪
Ensure workplace safety audits, emergency preparedness, fire drills, and hygiene standards.
▪
Coordinate with safety officers, external auditors, and regulatory authorities
