Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated ML Engineer to lead the development of our AI Agent platform. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our innovative product to market. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, researchers, and domain experts to design and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithmsDevelop and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deploymentDeploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments, ensuring high performance and reliabilityStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, natural language processing, and computer vision, and apply relevant techniques to improve existing modelsContribute to the development of best practices, guidelines, and standards for machine learning engineering within the organization

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
