Prompt Engineer

We are seeking a Prompt Engineer who will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing prompts to enhance AI model performance while also preparing, cleaning, and maintaining the datasets that power our machine learning models. You will work closely with our AI research, product, and engineering teams to develop structured prompts that improve the accuracy, relevance, and efficiency of AI-generated responses. Additionally, you will leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) for data generation and augmentation, gaining expertise in prompt engineering and data curation. This role involves crafting & optimizing prompts, configuring voice and chat agents, workflow configuration & ecosystem integration, and ensuring quality assurance. You'll also collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective prompt strategies. Ultimately, you'll be an architect of the user experience, shaping how our AI systems communicate and think.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field. 0-1 years of professional experience (experience with AI, NLP, or content creation preferred). Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and natural language processing. Strong written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
