Job Description – Raw Mill Operator

**Location:**Kutch Cement Plant

Job Purpose

To operate and monitor the Raw Mill system efficiently and safely to achieve the desired raw meal quality, production targets, and equipment reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Raw Mill and associated equipment as per SOPs.
• Monitor process parameters from field and control systems.
• Maintain required raw meal quality and production targets.
• Coordinate with Crusher, Kiln, and Quality teams for smooth operations.
• Inspect equipment and report abnormalities immediately.
• Ensure housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Record operational data and shift reports accurately.
• Assist maintenance teams during shutdowns and breakdowns.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Minimize downtime through proactive monitoring and corrective actions.

Experience

2–8 years of experience in cement plant raw mill operations.
