Key Responsibilities

Implement Zoho Business Solutions

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct feasibility analysis, translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver effective Zoho solutions.

·       Design, develop, implement & manage Zoho CRM, Service Suite & Marketing Cloud to enhance sales, marketing, and customer support processes including end to end workflow automations & reporting.

Integrations & Custom Solutions

·       Integrate Zoho ecosystem with each other Zoho products (like Analytics, Creator etc.) for seamless data flow.

·       Integrate Systems seamlessly connecting Zoho applications with third-party tools using APIs and webhooks to ensure smooth data flow.

·       Develop custom solutions using Zoho Creator and scripting tools like Deluge.

Define & Manage Zoho Solutions & Rollouts

·       Develop and maintain operational & management data dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to support business decisions.

·       Manage Projects while defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, while ensuring on-time and quality execution.

·       Provide support while troubleshooting issues, maintain Zoho systems, implement improvements for enhanced functionality.

Lead From Front

·       Lead and mentor team members & oversee their deliverables.

·       Stay updated with the latest updates and features within the Zoho platform and evaluate new technologies for continuous system improvement.

·       Act as a technical liaison for clients and teams, delivering presentations, status updates, and technical documentation, trainings.

Requirements

Required

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development & deployment.

·       Minimum of 2 years specializing in Zoho implementation.

·       Minimum of 2 years specializing in designing, customizing & deployment of Zoho CRM, Service Suite, Marketing Cloud, Creator & Analytics.

·       Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field.

Must Haves

·       Zoho certifications such as Zoho Creator Developer or Zoho CRM Consultant.

·       Familiarity with business processes like sales, service & marketing workflows.

·       Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting, API integrations, and system automation.

·       Excellent verbal, written communication skills and team collaboration skills.

·       Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
