| Primary | Should be able to independently design landscape as per the design brief. | ||||||
| Prepare landscape design and construction for sample flat and sales office prior to residential complex design | |||||||
| Should have the abilities to meet the set timelines and achieve the set target. | |||||||
| Should be able to coordinate with external internal stakeholders for the design coordination. | |||||||
| Should be having good presentation and communication skills. | |||||||
| Assist in preparation of landscape design drawings from schematic to GFC level. - Take into consideration location based on factors like shade, quality of ground, surrounding areas, etc - Coordinate with international consultant to procure landscape design drawings in case of commercial complex | |||||||
| Prepare drawings for procuring required approvals from government bodies - Prepare MOEF drawings for tree layout - Prepare BMC drawings for tree NOCs | |||||||
| Prepare brief for horticulture consultant on the look and feel of the landscape (only for residential complex) - Explain aspects to be kept in mind for designing soft landscape e.g. where to keep open spaces, where to have dense vegetation | |||||||
| Coordinate with project architect and service consultants and horticulture consultant in order to delineate the outdoor landscape area - Ensure that construction of hard structure as well as movement of materials does not hamper the outdoor landscape | |||||||
| Prepare working drawings and detailing the landscape area with softscape and hardscape | |||||||
| Plan for landscape design work based on construction schedule - Ensure that landscape design is in sync with the construction activities planned | |||||||
| Assist in preparation of Mock ups for landscape on site - Prepare mock up drawings - Follow up for procurement materials for mock up - Coordinate with site to set up the mock up - Follow up with site for completion of work | |||||||
| Plan for quantities required of various materials and provide estimates to site for procurement - Plan for material including play equipment e.g. swings, etc - Procure special approval for high value items like street lights, play equipment, etc - Review materials requirement given by international consultant and ensure availability of same locally in case of commercial complex | |||||||
| Monitor and track the work on landscape on the site - Engineering appoints the contractors etc for the landscape construction - Conduct regular site visits to supervise and monitor the ongoing work on landscape - Escalate issues if any to appropriate people | |||||||
| Assist in design and execution of landscaping for interiors projects | |||||||
| Secondary | Coordinate site visit for management for approval on landscape | ||||||
| Ensure proper vendor management (horticulturist & international consultant) - Ensure payments made according to progress of work and in line with contract | |||||||
