| Primary | 1. Responsible for design management and detailed design development from concept stage to CD stage. 2. Review Structural designs, analysis and calculations using governing codes and standards. 3. Reviewing or Preparing structural designs using computer assisted engineering and design software like CAD. 4. Coordinating work with other disciplines such as Architecture, MEP, Contracts & Estimating | ||||||
| 5. Cohesively working with Architects and other disciplines to generate optimized design solutions to achieve economical and aesthetically pleasing designs. 6. Visiting sites to inspect and direct structural work, make alterations if any required based on site conditions and solve site queries. 7. Attending and participating in Consultants meetings, workshops, WebEx and Concalls. 8. Coordinating and organizing RFI's, Submittals and reviewing shop drawings. | |||||||
| 9. Attending Seminars or technical meetings related to civil or structural engineering. 10. Responsible for in-house review of structural calculations, Preparing Drawings and sketches for the same. 11. Responsible for interpretation of structural specifications. 12. Following with consultants for any technical issues related to drawings or technical submittals approval. | |||||||
