Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to abCoffee standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Learn and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Attend training sessions and complete all necessary coursework
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of coffee and brewing techniques
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and follow abCoffee standards and procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math and computer skills
• Prior experience in a coffee shop or similar environment is preferred, but not required

आवश्यकताएं:

हाई स्कूल डिप्लोमा या समकक्ष
मजबूत ग्राहक सेवा कौशल
तेज़ गति वाले वातावरण में काम करने की क्षमता
एबकॉफ़ी मानकों और प्रक्रियाओं को सीखने और उनका पालन करने की इच्छा
सप्ताहांत और छुट्टियों सहित लचीले शेड्यूल पर काम करने की क्षमता
बुनियादी गणित और कंप्यूटर कौशल
कॉफ़ी शॉप या इसी तरह के वातावरण में पूर्व अनुभव को प्राथमिकता दी जाती है, लेकिन इसकी आवश्यकता नहीं है
