Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, located in Dwarka, New Delhi. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages. Daily tasks include food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience. The role involves taking orders, answering customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Barista roles and Food Preparation
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to work in a team
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a cafe or restaurant setting is beneficial

Eligibility

Minimum 18 years of age

10+2 pass or equivalent

Prior café/food service experience preferred

Good communication & customer service skills

Physically fit to stand/work long hours

Basic knowledge of coffee making & hygiene practices

Must have Aadhar Card and PAN Card
