Job Description:
Geetha Hospitality is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook / Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic culinary team in Surat. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of kitchen operations and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in line with menu standards and portion sizes.
• Ensure that the taste, presentation, and quality of all food served meet guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all surfaces and equipment are sanitized.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels; coordinate with kitchen staff for timely replenishment.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and storage protocols as per FSSAI guidelines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen hygiene, and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Strong team spirit, time management, and communication skills.
