Customer Support Associate

Job Description:-

1. Greeting customers as they enter the store and helping them find what they are looking for.
2. Providing product information, including style, fit, and fabric care.
3. Assisting customers with trying on and fitting clothing.
4. Keeping the store clean and organised, including restocking shelves and folding clothes.
5. Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments and conducting regular inventory counts.
6. Assisting with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and organising the store layout to attract customers.
7. Providing excellent customer service by being friendly and helpful, and handling customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
8. Upselling and suggesting complementary items to customers.
9. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and sales techniques.

To be successful in this role, a retail sales associate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be organised and detail-oriented, and be able to work well in a team environment. Additionally, having a passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends can be helpful.
