Job Summary

Tata CLiQ is looking for passionate and customer-focused Fashion Consultants to represent premium fashion brands such as GUESS Jeans. The role involves providing personalized styling advice, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and supporting store sales performance through expert fashion guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized fashion and styling advice based on customer preferences, body type, and lifestyle
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand offerings
• Assist customers in selecting apparel, footwear, and accessories
• Support visual merchandising teams to ensure displays align with current trends and brand guidelines
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-ups
• Drive store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
• Coordinate with store managers and internal teams for inventory planning and customer feedback
• Offer styling suggestions for special occasions, professional wear, and everyday fashion needs

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferred)
• Proven experience in fashion consulting, retail styling, personal shopping, or apparel sales
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, colour coordination, body shapes, and fabrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of customer service orientation
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in English and relevant regional languages

Preferred Skills

• Experience using fashion styling tools or digital styling platforms
• Exposure to premium or luxury fashion clientele
• Understanding of both Indian and Western fashion sensibilities

Working Conditions

• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and during festive or sale periods
• May require travel within the city based on business needs
