Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
• Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating value propositions
• Handle customer objections and follow up with prospects in a timely manner
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and sales
• Update CRM systems with accurate and detailed information post-interaction
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or outbound calling
• Prior experience in an international voice process is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
