About the Role

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our 811 Digital Sales team. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, driving account openings, conducting on-ground sales activities, and promoting cross-sell opportunities within the bank's digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition

• Acquire Savings and Current Accounts from the open market.

• Conduct on-ground sales activities such as:

• Canopy setups

• Umbrella activities

• Cold calling

• Field visits

• Reference-based sourcing

• 2. Cross-Selling

• Promote additional financial products to existing customers including:

• Life Insurance (LI)

• General Insurance (GI)

• SIPs

• Personal Loans (PL)

• Fixed Deposits (FD)

3. Territory Management

• Work within the assigned geographical pin codes.
• Achieve targets for account acquisition and cross-sell products.

4. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure engagement and retention.
• Required Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Graduation or Post-Graduation (Any stream)
• Age: Up to 25 years
• Experience: 0–1 year of sales experience (freshers can apply)
• Mandatory Requirements:
• Two-wheeler (Bike) with valid driving license
• Willingness to travel and perform field activities
