🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the store
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services
• Answer customer queries and resolve concerns effectively
• Conduct product comparisons to support purchase decisions
• Cross-sell and upsell relevant products
• Maintain updated knowledge of new products and offerings
• Ensure store displays and shelves are well-stocked and organized

✅ Eligibility & Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales / customer service is preferred
• Strong understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior
• Basic knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Ability to handle cash / basic calculations
