🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging customers and understanding their needs
• Promote and sell products by highlighting features, benefits, and ongoing offers
• Assist across store functions including billing (POS), merchandising, stock handling, and visual display
• Maintain store standards including cleanliness, product placement, and visual merchandising
• Support store team in achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Stay updated on new launches, collections, and brand initiatives
• Follow company policies related to inventory control, loss prevention, and store operations
• Contribute positively to team culture and collaborate effectively with colleagues

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Education: 10th / 12th Pass or above
• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred (freshers can also apply)

⏰ Work Schedule

• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• 6 days working with rotational week off

🏃 Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended hours during shifts
• Comfortable handling store merchandise and stock movement
• Ability to lift moderate weight (with support if required)
