🧾 Role Overview

As a Sales Associate at Crocs, you will be responsible for creating engaging in-store experiences and helping customers find the right products. You will support sales, merchandising, and daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
• Drive sales through effective product demonstration and upselling
• Assist in billing (POS), stock handling, merchandising, and store operations
• Maintain store standards including cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising
• Support the team in achieving store sales targets and KPIs
• Stay updated on new product launches, collections, and promotions
• Follow company policies related to inventory control and loss prevention
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store functioning

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Education: 10th / 12th Pass or above
• Prior experience in retail / customer service preferred (freshers can apply)

⏰ Work Schedule

• Flexible to work retail shifts, including weekends and holidays
• 6 days working with a rotational week off

🏃 Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended hours
• Comfortable handling merchandise and stock movement
• Ability to lift moderate weight (with assistance if required)
