About the Role

Paradise is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Stewards to join our Food & Beverage Service team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Serve food and beverages as per company service standards.
• Set up, clean, and maintain dining tables before and after service.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service stations, and dining areas.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth order execution.
• Address guest queries and resolve concerns politely and efficiently.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support the team during peak service hours and perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: SSC or Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Steward or F&B Service Associate in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
• Fresh candidates with a Diploma in Hotel Management and exceptional communication skills may also be considered.
