Management Trainee - HR

Key Responsibilities -

Talent Acquisition Support

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate tracking reports and recruitment dashboards.
• Support campus hiring, internship programs, and walk-in drives when required.

HR Operations & Documentation

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in onboarding formalities and joining documentation.
• Support preparation of HR letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with documentation timelines.

Employee Engagement

• Support planning and execution of engagement initiatives and internal events.
• Assist in organising orientation programs for new employees.
• Coordinate communication between HR and employees for engagement activities.

HR Coordination & Reporting

• Prepare periodic HR reports and trackers.
• Support inter-departmental coordination for manpower requirements.
• Assist in policy communication and implementation support.

Compliance & Administrative Support

• Ensure proper filing and record maintenance as per audit requirements.
• Support background verification tracking.
• Assist in maintaining HR MIS reports.

HR Projects -

• Participate in HR initiatives and process improvement projects
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations as and when required.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management

Experience

• 0–1 year of experience

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.
• Good coordination and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced media environment.
