Data Scientist

Olyv is on a mission to build India's largest fully automated digital financial inclusion platform. This role focuses on building and deploying advanced machine learning models to drive growth strategies, customer engagement, and risk management decisions across Marketing and Credit Risk verticals. As a Data Scientist, you will own the end-to-end development and implementation of ML models, collaborating with teams including Growth, Tech, Marketing, and Sales. You'll be working with both bureau and non-bureau data, focusing on marketing analytics models and robust credit risk models. You will also mentor junior data analysts and data scientists. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python is a must. 2 or more years of work experience in creating and deploying ML models. Experience in building ML models for marketing campaign channels such as Propensity Models, Hyper-Personalization, and Next Best Action (NBA) or strong understanding of Credit Risk concepts – Credit Bureau data, default rates, roll rates, vintage analysis, etc. Proven experience in end-to-end ownership of projects and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
