Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and month-end closures. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial books, strengthening internal controls and SOPs, supporting audits, and preparing monthly/quarterly reports. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, partnering with various teams (Sales, Operations, HR), building financial models, and ensuring compliance with Ind AS and financial reporting standards. Experience in startups, fintech, or high-growth companies is a plus.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage financial controllership, Ind AS compliance, statutory reporting, and FP&A activities. The role requires hands-on ownership of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.
