Google Reviewer

We are looking for an experienced Google Reviewer who will take ownership of customer service reviews across digital platforms and build strong, positive relationships with customers. The role also involves managing digital marketing channels and improving conversion performance.Key Responsibilities:Review, manage, and respond to customer service ads and reviews across App & Web platformsConvert negative customer reviews into positive experiences through effective communicationManage and optimize digital marketing channels to drive conversionsAchieve defined targets related to review conversions and customer engagementProvide creative ideas for campaign content, target audience selection, and addressing consumer concernsTrack performance, prepare daily reports, and suggest improvementsGenerate weekly and monthly reports for conversions across all digital channelsWork with web analytics tools to measure campaign effectivenessHandle campaigns across Search, Display, Remarketing, Financial Campaigns, and Affiliate MarketingCoordinate with internal stakeholders and departmental managers for advertising opportunitiesSupport other profiles and responsibilities when required

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Ad Reviewer in the customer service domain. Strong understanding of the review conversion process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and reporting skills. Working knowledge of web analytics tools. Exposure to digital marketing channels and performance tracking.
