Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, customer-centric, and data-driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of digital products that deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.The role involves owning product initiatives from ideation to launch, defining product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing product performance, and continuously improving customer journeys through data-driven decision-making.Depending on business requirements and your experience, you will be aligned with one of Olyv's high-impact Product Pods:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–6 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, Product Analytics, or a related role.
• Prior experience in FinTech, Lending, Payments, Banking, Consumer Internet, or SaaS products is preferred.
• MBA or Master's degree is an added advantage.
