Role Overview:
This exciting role of an Analyst - Programmatic requires you to creatively manage digital media campaigns for our global brands. Your expertise of ad tech and knowledge of the Digital Market Cycle would make you a great fit for this position. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Top Global brands and own large and reputed accounts. Need to support Global clients and account Managers of our Media Solutions team.
Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing campaigns on Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) through optimization strategies, campaign insights, monitoring and adjusting pacing, controlling quality of inventory, troubleshooting ads, and tracking tags, etc. to ensure all KPIs are met (delivery, performance, revenue goals, etc.)
- Deliver actionable audience and optimization-based insights at agreed-upon cadence.
- Work closely with agency teams to provide insights and recommendations that align with, or enhance, strategy/business goals
- Understand performance objectives and KPIs to develop successful optimization recommendations
- Proactively learn advanced trading and optimization techniques across all preferred platforms
- Strictly adhere to agreed quality and delivery timelines.
- May guide junior teammates on campaign setup or troubleshooting when required.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- A full-time graduate degree
- 2-5 years of experience in managing programmatic campaigns on at least one major DSP (e.g. Amazon DSP, DV360, Yahoo DSP or TTD)
- Hands-on experience using DSPs to build and optimize campaigns across various inventory.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables/advanced formulas) and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Experience in pacing management, optimization techniques, and troubleshooting delivery or quality issues.
- Strong attention to detail with consistent adherence to timelines, quality standards, and structured workflows.
- Good communication skills to articulate campaign findings or recommendations with clarity.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing landscape: display, video, social and analytics.

- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning to manage daily deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
