Responsibilities:
About the role:
OGS India is seeking a Financial Analyst with strong accounting and analytical skills to help support the business finance teams that continues to deliver strong financial performance. This might be a great fit if you have a strong flair of analytical and accounting skills and would like to be part of a growing team. You will be closely working with our Global Agency Finance teams.

Prepare, update, and distribute monthly close and forecast write-up templates to agencies.

Track, follow up, and ensure timely submission of monthly close and forecast write-up files, including proper filing and maintenance on the shared server.

Prepare the first draft of regional close and forecast write-ups for management reporting.

Perform OneStream certification checks, including monitoring and verifying that agency reporting packs are locked and submitted within reporting timelines.

Follow up on intercompany Balance Sheet (BS) and Profit & Loss (P&L) mismatches with agencies to support timely resolution.

Consolidate quarterly affiliate revenue data and complete the required revenue and payment templates accurately and on schedule, including follow-up on outstanding receipts.

Prepare quarterly intercompany recharge billings and maintain supporting documentation.

Update New Business (NB) figures in the Power BI dashboard, coordinate with teams on weekly updates, and provide status tracking of outstanding action items.

Track the submission of audited accounts and perform reconciliations against FRP, including follow-up with country finance teams on outstanding items.

Support ad hoc finance and reporting activities, including data compilation, data extraction, information requests, and coordination across regional and local teams.
Qualifications:
This may be the right role for you if you have:
- Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of experience in FP&A Operations (mandatory).
- Having prior experience into R2R processes is (Preferred)
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and ability to quickly learn any new ERP or BI Tools
- Having Good Knowledge of US GAAP.
- Flexibility to take up different assignments and not limit oneself to specific set of activities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
- Flexible and Result Oriented with Strong Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus
