Working Capital Analyst

Overview:

Work Location - Gurugram and Bangalore

Shift Hours - 7:00AM - 4:00PM

Hybrid Model -: 5 days' work from office per week

Experience: 3-5 Years

Skills: OTC/AR cycle, billing, and intercompany accounting, along with good communication skills to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders. Working capital management, reconciliations

About the role

Responsibilities:

Working Capital Management 
• Prepare daily receipts function for the group. 
• Compile and analyse cashflow forecasts, collection status reports, and Work-In
Progress (WIP) reports. 
• Coordinate weekly applications for credit limit requirements in CVO. 
• Primary point of contact for credit-related queries. (i.e. credit rating checks) 
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure accurate weekly updates 
on cash collection. 
• Preparing for relevant documentation and information needed for extended credit terms 
approval. 
• Working closely with intercompany counterparts to have balances resolved and 
collected timely. 
• Prepare and submit lease-related invoices. 
• Process Intercompany billing instructions for the group.
• Preparing intraco payment proposal for Intraco clearing status.
• Perform month end revaluation entry for Intercompanies and bank balances.
• Submitting CAPEX requests 
• Preparing CAPEX forecasts 
• Providing assistance for annual statutory audit and tax filing when required 
• Any other adhoc duties 
• Bank Reconciliation for some entities.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

This may be the right role for you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience working in a Finance team, with exposure to Billing / Collections, Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow Analysis
• Experience with financial systems, including Hyperion/HFM, D365 and Media Ocean is preferred
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, Working Capital and AR
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work on tight deadlines.
