Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-centric individual to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to manage and service our existing client base, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, prompt query resolution, and proactive engagement. The role also involves opportunities for cross-selling, up-selling, and generating referrals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients.
• Handle client queries, investment transactions, renewals, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Provide product information and assistance on Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Instruments, etc.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
• Encourage and convert referrals into new business.
• Coordinate for client meetings if required (minimal travel).
• Maintain CRM and ensure timely follow-ups and service updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Resides in Mumbai Western Suburbs (Malad to Borivali highly preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to moderate knowledge of Indian Financial Markets & Investment Products.
• Client servicing or relationship management experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Comfortable on camera for client communication or video-based updates (preferred, not mandatory).
• Willing to learn and undergo training. Support for obtaining licenses (if required) will be provided.
• Self-motivated and organized with a service-first attitude.

Benefits

Compensation:

• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹3.60 LPA + Unlimited Variable
• Freshers: From ₹2.40 LPA + Unlimited Variable
• Salary is negotiable based on skill set and experience.
