Crypto Investment Content & Community Specialist

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a motivated, crypto-curious team member to drive content, education, and engagement for our TradeGenix Crypto Plan. This multi-faceted position combines client communications, content creation, and digital community management to help busy professionals invest in crypto with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation:

• Develop and publish high-quality content for presentations, guides, and website/blog.
• Create visually engaging social media posts, infographics, and onboarding materials.
• Craft regular market updates for clients and prospects.

• Community & Channel Management:

• Manage our private Telegram group, foster engagement, moderate discussions, and keep the community updated with timely insights and news.
• Organize and deliver regular webinars and educational sessions for leads and clients, demystifying algorithms, crypto, and the investment process.
• Answer investment queries and provide prompt support via Telegram and other digital channels.

• Client Engagement & Onboarding:

• Explain the benefits of the TradeGenix Crypto Plan to potential clients, both individually and in group sessions.
• Handle the onboarding process: provide step-by-step guidance, identify where clients get stuck, and offer solutions to ensure a seamless experience.
• Track and analyze onboarding data to improve flow and client satisfaction.

• Lead Nurturing & Sales Support:

• Qualify leads and proactively reach out to interested prospects, supporting them through the decision-making process.
• Collect client feedback and relay it to the team to enhance service quality and product features.

• Prior experience in content creation, social media, or community management preferred (crypto/finance sector a plus).
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written & verbal, English and/or Hindi).
• Service-minded, empathetic attitude with a passion for simplifying financial concepts.
• An interest in crypto and digital investments; ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Self-driven, organized, able to work independently and remotely.
• Technical comfort with Telegram, Zoom, MS Office/Google Suite, and interactive webinar tools.
