Manager – PR & Content

Quick Start

ONN is looking for an experienced (2+ years) content and PR professional who can own the brand's content strategy plans and execute its deliverables individually and from various agencies. You will report directly to the CMO and operate out of our Mumbai Suburban Office.

ONN is on a mission to 'Simplify Mobility.' Since 2016, ONN has served millions of rides across India to thousands of users across twelve cities. Operating a fleet of over six thousand ICE motorcycles and scooters, ONN is now pioneering futuristic personal transportation needs by serving electric mobility in select cities like Pune and Udaipur. We focus on our mission to 'Simplify Mobility' by bringing smarter, sustainable mobility to solve India's pressing mobility needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with multiple agencies and writers to produce high-quality written and video content for the brand
• Instruct, guide and support to the internal team to grow positive brand visibility across various platforms online and offline
• Engage and build strong relationships with key media contacts to ensure accurate and positive brand coverage for ONN
• Drive multiple PR campaigns by developing messaging/guidelines
• Conceptualize and write detailed briefs to produce content and articles for ONN
• Track and ensure participation of ONN in industry events, panels, interviews and more
• Proactively and consistently monitor the latest news and developments for the brand and find opportunities for the brand to leverage opportunities
• Work as an integral part of the marketing team to align PR, content, and other areas to stay in sync with ONN's priorities
• Manage general audience perception and position ONN offerings in the appropriate perspective and drive better-integrated customer support interactions

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant communications experience
• Bachelor's degree in PR, marketing, communications, or related field (Master's degree, a plus)
• Evidence of self-sufficiency and the ability to deliver high-quality
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and creative self-starter with a great work ethic
• Excellent writing, presentation and organizational skills
• Ability to calmly and constructively work in a fast-paced startup and mobility environment
• Polite and professional attitude to positively inspire and work with internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel across ONN locations in India anytime needed, but will be limited
• Bonus: Existing media relationships
• Bonus: Ability to write and communicate effectively in other languages
