Description
Call load to be handled per CCO , fresh cases 30-40 calls/day. The Resource will handle below Key Activities:-Regular follow up with SC's for Visits and Closures. Ensuring SOP followed by SC's and Estimations received timely with proper SOP. Ensuring all Tasks are completed timely. Happy Calling to Cx.CRM Training to new onboarded SC'sEnsuring correct Stamp movement in CRM
