Legal Executive

The Legal Executive / Sr Executive will handle litigation- and non litigation matters, including drafting legal notices, responding to legal notices, and addressing consumer complaints filed at forums PAN India. They will coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to manage the overall litigation & no litigation tasks of the company. Candidate shall act as a liaison between the company and the external counsel for all litigation and non litigation work. Litigation - Assist the eternal counsel in drafting legal notices, replies to legal notice, end to end management of consumer complaints filed at consumer forums PAN India. Non Litigation - Assisting the external counsel in vetting agreements, MOUs, term sheets, terms and condition of Onsitego's plans and such other contracts as required by company from time to time.Coordinate with external counsel, escalation and management team of OnsitegoMaintain an up-to-date tracker of legal cases incusing new ongoing and closed mattersMonitor and report monthly legal expenses and case progress to internal stakeholdersDraft and review NDAs, police complaints, legal notices , internal legal documentation.Ensure timely compliance with court deadlines and documentation requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; LLM is an added advantage.
