**Primary KRAs of a****Store Officer /**Inventory Coordinator position :

Have hand on experience in dealing with ERP system – preferably SAP Knowledge about Warehouse management systems. Material Receiving:

Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) against every line item that is received at various stores locations.

Ensure the correctness of data and entry points.

Coordinate with Site Stores, Procurement, Planning & Finance to ensure data entries are accurate.

Materials Issue:

Ensure data entries are up to date. The issue slips (GIN) are prepared based on the issues made to the end users – Factory or Project Sites.

Turnaround time for raising a GIN is <24 hours.

Regular interaction with Planners for GIN in accordance with WBS.

Inventory Management:

Prepare a Dashboard outlining the system stock and comparing that with the Physical stock provided by Site Stores.

Initiate corrections in inventory mismatch in consultation with Site Stores, Planning & Finance.

Accounts Payable and SAP:

Be responsible for all system implementations.

Interact with all relevant agencies to ensure that no Supplier invoices are held up due to GRN or PO
