We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Graudute Fresher Non-Technical to join our team. This program is designed to provide fresh graduates with exposure to various business functions such as Designer, Digital Marketing Executive, HR Executive and Customer support.

The goal is to help you build foundational skills for long-term career growth within the company.

Graphic Designer - Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing finished art by operating necessary AI tools and software.

• Should be able to conceptualize and transform ideas into effective layout

  communication.

• Thinking creatively and developing new design concepts, graphics and layouts for

  print as well as digital media.

• Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Fine arts, Designing and UI/UX.

Human Resource- Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding.
• Creating and updating HR policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Support in building a culture and aligning team with goals.
• Managing and utilizing HR software and systems.
• Qualifications: BBA/MBA in HR or MHRD.

Digital Marketing - Key Responsibilities:

• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements
  and structure of websites and web pages.

• Optimize overall website or content to improve Ranking in SERP through

  Organic Search by following Search Engines SEO Guidelines.

• Responsible for creating high-quality link building for site.

• Qualifications: BBA/MBA in Marketing.

Technical Support  - Key Responsibilities:

• Significant focus on professionalism and quality of service.
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
• Provide support to internal and external clients.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
