The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and strategies, paired with creative content creation skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Content Creation: Craft, schedule, and publish engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories, across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).  Create all the content yourself.
• Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Requirements

• Experience working with influencers or managing partnerships.
• Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
• Experience in video editing or familiarity with tools like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere is a bonus.
• ​ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English (or the language relevant to the audience).
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and innovative content ideas.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple social platforms effectively.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve strategies.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to working across departments.
