Sales Partner - Pune

This full-time role is based in Pune. You will visit customer locations, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oro's gold loan products. Be responsible for lead generation, conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos for customers and relay objection handling. Convince prospective clients through reassurance – Highly persuasive. Maintain working relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities. Must have a bike to travel.

Must be fluent in Hindi/ Marathi. Good communication, presentation and retention skills. A knack for establishing rapport with customers.
